I purchased CW3 recently and am greatly enjoying it. Also enjoyed the two prior games. But now my son is old enough to play too! I'd like him to have the experience of going through the game the first time on his own. Is there any way to set up different profiles so that the missions we've finished are separated? (I'm not worried about Steam achievements.) Any suggestions you have would be most appreciated!
I haven't tested this myself, but you could try installing the game again in another directory.

Have you tried anything? As far as I can see from the game setup, both the settings file(s) and the progress file(s) are in user-specific directories, so if he logs in with his own userid, he should be able to play "from scratch" with no interference.
Settings is in %appdata%\Creeperworld3\
Progress is in %userprofile%\My Documents\creeperworld3\
