I put Guppies full of AC, plus a Packet Guppy next to the Tower, then added a Sprayer, but nothing is happening.
The transmission said to supply the AC, but I can't figure out how.
Any help out there?

you need to add Anti-creeper by detonating sprayers that are on the island.. or turning a sprayer online permanently.

The Sprayer has all three boxes checked - including "Always on".
What do you mean by "detonating sprayers"?

destroying sprayers while they still have Anti-creeper in them.
