The DMD is there for a reason... I'm voting you off (out of?) Colonial Space. No carpetbaggers! :D

Unless you made some by-hand modifications.

well i agree too, but that central area looks hand edited, ::) is this now the lower limit for editing to avoid DMD map rejection in CS?

If it's made by DMD or even looks like it is (which is obvious 99% of the time) I say rejection still applies.

I just finished it and it wouldn't be bad as a basic DMD game; although much too large.
IMO - it should be either removed or moved over to the DMD port.

I am going to do the 'report' thing and see what happens.

I think this map fits most criteria for acceptance. In any past version of CW it would have been accepted. I'm going to ask Virgil to take a look and make the final call.

For now, let's keep it.  If DMD maps in CS become an issue they can get the ban hammer.  But in the mean time modified DMD maps should be ok.  You can feel free to rank them whatever you like, but inclusion in CS is ok for now.

I think you were right the first time.

Had a long talk with Virgil about it. We had a low bar for permitting maps in previous CWs. Virgil thought it best that we allow this map but reserved the right to remove it and others like it should they become a nuisance. There was more, but I don't recall exactly what.

Also, my personal opinion vs.  map moderation duties are slightly different. But remember I took a DMD map myself and modified to to create a battle after the war was won. :)  The lines are very blurry at best here.

I remember doing that too - testing the load procedure with the Beta group. Mine was a nothing kind of map and a very good thing that V cleaned out that queue.
