I tried to get my steam keys and only one of my product keys worked. I originally purchased (2) copies of the game on October 4th 2013. What do I need to do to make the other product key valid?

Where did you buy your two copies of the game?

Well, email came from fastspring.com

I guess it was from the link at Knucklecracker. Been quite a while now.
