An interesting map to show how dead digitalis can be more dangerous than living. #digitalis #void #islands #large
Definitely. My two islands had a nice pile of anti-creeper on them so I didn't lose anything important but I lost all my outposts on the left.
An interesting observation: Anti-creeper can flow along living digitalis but can't flow along dead digitalis. Since I had taken out the emitters on the island south of the start point the anti-creeper was working it's way up the digitalis almost to the spore tower--but after I dropped a PZ-bertha round on the main emitter that stopped--I had a big flood of anti-creeper in the void instead.
I was going through some of the older maps I hadn't played, and wondered how I missed this one.
Very fun. Not too tough to defend your base, but takes some thinking to do your initial expansion. I enjoyed not bothering with a fast run, but taking my time to make sure I was dealing with the digitalis methodically.
Guppy Power, in all three of its forms.
Able to have a surviving base, but everywhere else is 70+ thick creeper that normal units struggle with, any ideas how to proceed, got one of those phantoms emitters down, but there are three left and they make 6 phantoms each which is a lot.
Was a struggle, but instead of a guppy bertha, I did a guppy powerzone bertha that did the trick.
