Took me at least 30 tries, but I finally figured out a winning pattern!

The first thing I did was move the base to where it sits in the above screen shot, then I built a few collectors, built a SAM, built a mortar to fend off the bottom left side, then built lots of collectors to the right, captured the top right, built lots of reactors, then took the top, top left, and finally the left side. Wow, that sure makes it sound simple!

Nice time Katanna! When I played this map months ago I build 5 blasters and moved them along with OC to the top right corner, capping that emitter instantly and I took it from there working my way to the left.

If you make it before last creeper is exploding too long you can do it under 11 minutes, watch :
