The digitalis rifted the freighter to an unknown planet. After a cursory examination of the planet, it becomes apparent that the crew isn't even in their own universe!

Thanks for a really interesting map. It was a challenge for me to keep my focus in the push to getting storage tech, reactor tech, and then blaster tech, but I ignored everything else on my way there, keeping the minimum number of blasters in place just to keep an open path. That meant getting storage and then falling back to build up that storage before pushing again to get the other two. Once those were mine it was easy to clear and secure the rest.
