I had to wait minute or more to access "slow-decaying" emitters. You could add "enemy dig-sites" to them to haste the process.  :)

Or you could somehow find a way to expose the top left Emitters to Creeper on the outside as well as the inside so they will decay faster. :P Perhaps with Shields, Repulsors, and Makers set to vacuum.
