Sorry to bother, how do you get past the bottle neck with the spontaneous flare just above the capsule?  It is too quick to create a wall, and i cant get through to save the capsule either..... VERY Frustrating because i know that it would not have made it to the internet without being able to get past this bit!  Please help, what am i missing.

there are 2 ways past the bottleneck.  You can brute force it with a lot of makers and morters in range with the help of portals.  if you do it this way you can expect a time in the 70's or 80's (minutes)

Or you can look for a room that is supplying the creeper being moved into the hallway and convert it.  And after converting it, cap the spot with a shield and it wont came back even after the room fills back up.
