someone let the mad scientist out of his box, ahem, i mean "cell", so he's up to his old creeper colliding ways again. Go stop him. again. by the way, someone forgot to renew the contract for Phantom coils so passive defence only against the Phantoms. all the free AC will help there then. good luck with that.
