Attempted Translation: A large cave implies great responsibility. Take charge and work your way through the creeper. Good luck

Still puzzling over this one.
I'm sure I'll kick myself ....
Edit: Kicking myself now....
Good map, really happy to have finished.
Would be better with some more tech to start, took ages to get going when just getting the beacon range required took a long time.
Some hints:
Spoiler
Save regularly, easy to make mistakes.
Start building reactors and techs in your island, once you have enough tech, extend beacon range to max. Build reactors in right island, then build dark beam so it will point to bottom land. Open space where the creeper is held back and turn dark beam on and off to destroy drones without using all energy. Then clear land on bottom when dark beam is on to get techs. Build a micro rift and 4 blasters and you can survive against drones without using the dark beam, set blasters to drones only initially. Work from there.
I think that the intended strategy is different than RealAndy suggests, and the signposts are built right into the map
Spoiler
Build the dark beam pointing to the right, from where there's a small clear area outside the starting position.
Next, dig out 2 squares in the second island, placing a beacon at the second spot. now you can access the micro rift and 8 more technytes. Upgrade beacon range, move the dark beam, and now you can build a beacon on island 2 to reach the bottom area, again signposted by the small clear areas outside each.
Before you get blasters, you can easily build enough shields at the area entrances to protect yourself from the drones.
Irritated at having to dig out additional units?
Spoiler
once you have the associated tech, and the buried units are in beacon range, destroy them where they are and rebuild them where you like!

Yep, i did the same as you, about 4 mins slower because i didn't realise at first about deleting the units :) Really liked this map, an interesting challenge.
Yeah, that sounds better jepler, thought there had to be a reason for the fields between the first 2 islands. And waiting to upgrade beacon range didn't seem right. It didn't click that shields could be used as protection against drones but I suppose they don't come that quick.
Big thumb's up on this one!
(And sure wish I had read the comments before starting it!)
A really great game to play. Makes you think (and save) at every step.
Definitely one to play again.
Merci.
well lets see....once i figured it out it was pretty straightforward. Of course that was after hitting my head against the wall for three hours trying to figure it out. lol nice work. thanks
Brilliant map, well balanced, good use of fields to illustrate the "safe" dig sites. Really enjoyed it!
yeah finally did this one yesterday!
after about 10 rage quits and boredom quits!
(first map to make me simultaneously rage and bored quit! :o)
but once i'd sorted a strategy it was cool!
nice map
Agree with the comments. This one took a bit of thought. The fields very nicely indicate where to use the beam. This one requires just the right amt of strategy for a casual game. Not too much so that it takes long to figure it out, but just enough that you have to pause occasionally. Nice job!
