Maybe, even knowing how poor most implementations are, a "bad word filter" in map uploads, naming and user name conventions might be implemented in PF? Failing that, a more comprehensive "report" system with weight to credible reports to facilitate faster removal of objects reported by reputable map players.

Word filters are hard to get right. You might run into the clbuttic problem (http://thedailywtf.com/articles/The-Clbuttic-Mistake-) or it may not like firetrucks. And as always internationalization makes things especially Fun.
Hello, would you be interested in some swanky peacock assets?
A word filter might help with the achievement map problem, although these would have to be flagged for possible reinstatement, if the achievement is incidental...
IMO , some steam achievements in this game , like build in mission achievements are somewhat part reason to achievement maps , maybe not put these into PF. :-\
