Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question. None of the CW3 sub-forums seemed to fit, and it's obviously not a question about the Steam version.
Anyway... If I buy CW3 directly from the KC site, do I need to have Steam?
Last time I checked you didn't need steam, However there are steam achievements that you can't get unless you play on steam, That being said there is no difference in game play or story line if you buy direct from the dev website
Correct. If you buy direct, the version you download does not require (or even support) steam. The only difference between the two is the steam achievements.
No, but you can get a code for the Steam version through the KC website if you've already bought it.
