I did the turtle thing in the upper left, drilling down for Reactors as fast as I could.
A close run thing for about 7-8 very long minutes, then clean up time.

I knew it was almost impossible...took THEPENGUIN almost seven minutes to do it.

Yes, that was fun. I was surprised at not getting a power zone after nullifying an emitter :)

Concur - it's like being ambidextrous or bi-lingual...or something.
I also get caught with trying to scroll the screen with my mouse cursor - that's a no-go.
