Title: Mines stop producing and tech stops working

I've had this bug on an inception map, and on an exchange map. I'm playing along, and then the mines no longer put out energy and don't have a range shading indicator.  I didn't check on this map, but tech also was reset to 0% on the other game, so I'm assuming it did here as well.  I'm going to try attaching the save game.


The save game should be from Inception map #4.

Just to quickly cover the most common cause of this question...

The HQ is definitely on the map, yes? (Not "jumped to safety" at the moment?) The symptoms you describe are precisely what happens when the HQ is not present.

This (or something very similar) has been asked before, though I can't find it.

Oh my gravy!  Am I that stupid?  Yes I am it seems.  I didn't notice the HQ died....

If a mod would like to delete this, they may.

Perhaps this should remain to help others with the same issue.
