Warning is a Cinematic The 32nd patrol fleet had found a progenitor out in space but it is guarded by a gauntlet of sorts The 32nd has sent for help but has been told to attack anyways while the 47th Battleship fleet warps to there position to aid them.

Why are the times different?

Might be differences due to different hardware. Making a game (or any other moderately complex software) 100% reproducible on different hardware is surprisingly difficult.
