Tricky to get it right.  The spores got through the first try, the second I got incredibly lucky and a spore sailed over much of my base before being knocked down but I managed to get my power up to the point the pyramid would stay on and then it was fairly routine.

Something's wrong with the digitalis, I had a growing patch in the NE area despite it having nothing to support it.  It grew very slowly because it was in AC and was only reaching the point of becoming a threat by the end of the game.
