How about completing all alphabet maps? "a" to "z", on large / high. Then we can cook up some elaborate way to pronounce a winner of this tournament :)
I've completed all of them on large/high, so they're all possible to beat, yet there are some that are really tough and challenging.
If You want to try the good ones, try "s" and "v" first (if I remember correctly ;)
With the thousand plus forum members here... This will be cake. We should also do the Greek, and Chinese alphabets. :P

Ummm... I think there's another letter before zeta, and you forgot lambda.

there is definitely not another letter between delta and zeta
Just to clarify, Chinese has no alphabet. It is a pictographic language. There are "only" 10,000 or so "letters" A.K.A. characters in common use...
So, if we include Chinese, this will be a long game...
The code map generator will not accept Asian logograms, so the point is moot. I believe that the code map generator will only accept characters represented by an alphabetic script system (thus also excluding morphenic and phonemic writing systems).
