how can i make/place blueprints and holo cubes?
If by "blueprints" you mean techs, then the steps for holocubes and blueprints are essentially the same.
1. Select the Units tab
2. Click on the red gem in th elist of units.
3. Select tech or holocube or other whatever from the drop-down.
