I've tried it about 4 times. It's very difficult. Very few upland places to land OC. And the flood comes to sweep it away on the lowland spots. I found myself really struggling to get a position with more than a 3.5 energy. Yet some are porting scores over 8500. Can't see how to do get there. Or just finish the level.
Moving OC works here, but this is a map where the best route may not be the shortest distance.
It only takes one piece of high ground to land on. (This map also only takes one weapon to win. ;D)
I did finish the level on the next try. Take the high ground in the SW section of the map. Then build up with reactors while using minimum weapons units until more strength. More reactors (around 8 and a drone). And then move out to eventually get across to the totems. Best score was about 7600.
EDIT 80 reactors a typo, that SHOULD have been 8 !!!
