I made this build tab script for my latest map. It makes a tab at the bottom of the screen with selectable buttons (it should be used with EnableAlternateControlMode(TRUE)). The appearance mimics the vanilla build tabs. I tried to make it very generic, so hopefully it can be of use in other maps. There's a comment at the start explaining how to use it.
