Designed by Maximided Utility Fabrications, no consideration was placed at all into aesthetics of this massive Carrier-type craft. Not only is it absolutely hideous, but it is so thinly armored, a small draft of stellar wind could rip it apart. It is pretty good at filling space with an absurd amount of fighters, though.
