The Vertu Buildings CPACK features high quality units designed to essentially condense multiple units into a single unit. A massive shield. Ultra-long-range Cannon. Super long-range heavy mortar. Etc
These are mainly for Play As Creeper related custom gamemodes where the player actually doesn't build much of the units. Though it is fully able to be player used, just consider making the super heavy units, the VAS and Thunderer, not buildable by the player as they are designed to not be spammed like normal weapons.
