I liked playing this map but I could not finish it.
I can't build a nullifier next to the 0 emitter at 15;47

I tried terraforming to level 1 but that does not help.
Is this a bug or do I not some other trick to nullify the last emitter ?

Nullify is not a required objective and no one has submitted a score for nullify; note that the level creator only needs to complete the level to upload, not complete all objectives. I think that emitter is impossible to nullify, at the very least I tried for a few minutes to find a method to nullify that emitter and couldn't find one.
