Imperator-II Command Carrier - Ever since the great Homeworld War, the requirement for a mobile command center to lead the Hiigaran fleets led to the redesign of the successful Imperator-class Carrier into a viable Command HQ away from major installations or subspace beacons that would otherwise coordinate fleets. Sacrificing a Fighter bay as well as a few energy tanks to make way for the Command Tower, the redesign has repurposed the original bridge structure to hold a Lathe instead.
