So I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it:

At what point in history did Skars reveal the information about the Arc to the Loki? Does it happen before the events of CW1 and then he just forgets about it? Or does it happen after he disappears after CW2?

Why did Aliana decide she needed to hide herself as a computer and stay with Skars the whole time? I thought it was implied at the end of CW2 that Skars disappeared and it was unknown where he went... so how did Aliana get to him and what made her decide to stick with him for 5 billion years?
