In CSM big can be very laggy. But Martin find out good way to decrease lag!  :)

How do they get to 14min?
I am still doing the first boss at 22min

These really fast times I think are from people using game hacks/cheats (e.g. unlimited energy). For this map it looks like the 24 min high scores are legit; the faster ones you can just ignore!

Probably. Even if you halved the initial outputs from the emitters I imagine I still would find it difficult to reach the 24 minute mark. In my experience,, smallish CSM maps like this I am usually done around 45min (give or take 15 minutes depending on some elements of the map) without going crazy with all the micro-management and reloading if some route does not go well. Of course the elite of CW3 will have faster times; I consider myself just above average. :)
