I keep running into situations where the lab just refuses to dispatch packets to build a micro-rift or platform, even if it's the only thing on the network that hasn't been built and ammunition priority is turned off. What am I missing?
Both of those build with a ware (Micro-rifts need Arg and Platforms need Liftic), so for both of those you need a factory and access to the raw resource. In the case of Liftic, you also have to build a Refinery to harvest the Greenar nodes.
