I see that Knucklecracker has changed their icon?
I beleive this is some kind of server error
ok, the site icon is still (http://knucklecracker.com/favicon.ico)
but it shows a red "bubble" with a white question mark
I don't see it. Everything is the same from my perspective.

As far as IT on my school goes, it's an IT guy talking when he says (after 10 minutes): "I can't find the answer. Try rebooting". The problem is: A classmate can afterwards walk up and see a wire is not plugged in properly.
That sounds like TP
"We cant connect to the device"
"Try updating the firmware on the device"
I was busy, when I don't really want to help people (but look like I am), redo the firmware
It worked on your team's robot (more than once)
Nope, the problem was disconnected wires. Firmware is the long solution, kind of like reseting your computer to factory settings in order to fix a small glitch.
