First remark would be, way too many resources. But main remark is how the SAMs are limited (to 5), yet airships are unlimited. I don't know what the intent behind the map was, but for limiting them to 1 would be fair.
I also noticed that, due to absurd resources, blobs/skimmers were no threat. It would be interesting to replace them with more smaller-random spore launchers so as to keep the rest of the map at risk.

Main problem remains that once a defense is properly set up, it's purely a waiting game. Eventually the concept of the "nuke" itself might be flawed, since it's really all or nothing: you stop it or you don't, if you did it once you already won. Not sure how that could be fixed. I like the idea of the creeper being able to gobble up a portion of my side at will.
