Changing Spore for emitter in PAC game?

When I'm playing a PAC map, how can I change an emitter to a spore, is there anywhere with a list of controls? Thanks

Press H in-game for a tutorial. You can't directly make an emitter into a spore, you have to destroy the emitter first with shift-X, wait for the digitalis to regrow, then put down the spore.
