FOXX

6th Map with the Ship Alooone Upgrade System (by Kajacx) combined with the System used in Map 1181 - Build a Bear (by Sorrontis).

NOTE -> Due to the new Custom Module Image Display i changed the Emitter and AmpGem build Keys !!

          NEW -> Custom Module Images Display

Before you play the map you can press CTRL+F to show the Upgrades. Select a Ship to upgrade. Then hoover with the mouse over the last 3 upgrades to see how the Custom Module Images 'fit' in the ship.

you can press CTRL+SHIFT+F to show the Unlock Menu and hoover over a Custom Module.

Now you can adjust the images according to this:
CTRL+I = Up
CTRL+J = Left
CTRL+K = Down
CTRL+L = Right
Then cancel the selection.
You only have to do this once a Map.

Build a Bear System info


Press CRTL + Y to Build an Energy Mine
Press CRTL + V to Build a TiconDefenseGun
Press CRTL + G to Build an Emitter (Max 10 Emitters)
Press CRTL + B to Buld an AmpGem

ALL Items will be Build at Current Mouse Position. Then Lathe it.
Items with a Golden Star do NOT have Increased Cost.
You can Delete a placed Item by hoovering over with the Mouse and Press CTRL + X.

                   EXP GAIN


Emitters        = 250
MireSpawners    = 200
StrucSpawners   = 500
ShipSpawners    = 300
DoppelSpawners  = Not in Map
StunnerSpawners = 800
Ticon Defense   = Not in Map

When Destroying an enemy unit there is a 0.5 % chance of a Scrap Spawn.

Ship Upgrade System info 1


- You Start with 0 Scrap, ShipLevel 0 and 2 LevelPoints.

- Max Shipsize Ship 1 = 8x8 Modules
               Ship 2 = 10x8 Modules
               Ship 3 = 10x8 Modules
               Ship 4 = 8x8 Modules

- The 1st Level is Reached at 150 Particles. Each Next Level Increases with every 150 Particles Destroyed by the Upgradable Ships.

- Destroying an Enemy Ship gives 200 Exp and a 0.5 % change to leave 1 Scrap behind.

- You get a game event tag if you don't have enough Scrap to Upgrade or Level to Unlock.

- Each time you Upgrade your Ship your Upgraded Ship needs to be Rebuild and If the Upgradable Ship has an AmpGem on it you have to pick up the AmpGem after each Upgrade. Sorry, but there was no other way for this.

Ship Upgrade System info 2


It´s about collecting Scrap for Upgrade Parts and Destroying Particles to Level Up and Unlock more Modules.

Press CTRL+F for the Upgrade Options then Select the Ship you want to Upgrade and place the Ship in the Map.
Select which Part you want and place the Part in the Map - Shift for Info on Upgrade Parts.
Then Select the Ship Layout you want and Place that into the Map.
Now you have your Upgraded Ship ready to Build.

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F for the Unlock Options.
From here you can Select what Module you want to Unlock If you have the Matching Level.
Press Shift on Parts for Unlock Info.
After an Upgrade you can press CTRL+U and select a ship for Undo the last Upgrade.

After you Upgrade a Ship there may be an issue where the other Ship is Build on the map but in the ShipSlot it's not build. There is no way around this so keep an eye out for that. If the Ship is on the Map it's OK.

2 Tips:
- Upgrading works under Pause.
- You can do more Upgrades before Building your Upgraded Ship.

Lastly -> For the Building Time its best to have an AmpGem on Move/Build Speed Increase.

P.s. Near the end of this map i noticed with finalizing i couldn't save the game.
Needed to make a few adjustements but then noticed i couldn't finalize in the editor. I just needed to make a few small changes before Finalizing.
I have tried to fix this but no results. We have finally done it -> a Broken Map in the Exchange (at least for me)
There is just tooo much PRPL in this map.
Decided to finalize the map it was in current state. it is playable but chances are you can't save the game.
This makes me also say that this is the last KSF map for at least a while.
These maps take quite some time to make and i had issues with all of the KSF Maps. I might make a smaller map in some time but it also could be the last. Don't know at the moment.
And i have some other projects i want to fucus on.

This map broke, couldn't fix it.
But i spend to much time on this map to leave it out the exchange. Also because it as the Custom Module Images added.
Did that work with you?
