Hey all, here's a new box map with featuring all of the latest additions and improvements I've worked on since last time.

If you're a mapmaker, the latest cpacks can always be found here.

I went into making this with the goal of making a smaller map, as such this map is a little on the tough side difficulty wise. I know there is not much space for boxes in this one. I may have a tendency of making pretty sub-par showcase maps for my stuff, lol.

There are some new things in this map, primarily the Recycler. This is an invulnerable unit that a mapmaker can pre-place in the level for use. The way it works is that you can send units into it to be turned into scrap, and that scrap can then be used for making other units using the Recycler's UI interface. It's not designed to be constantly used, it mainly fills in the gaps you may end up with by getting unlucky. The cost of units in the Recycler scales with difficulty, with things being cheapest on Easy and most expensive on Hard. Recyclers do take damage in creeper, but they can never fall below 50% hp. They need to be fully healed to construct units, so if you let your Recycler get damaged you may have to wait a bit on repairs before you can construct anything.

There has also been a change to the Hard difficulty where the first three Titan boxes will always have a predetermined bad outcome, after which the box will roll from its normal loot table. We've done this to make it much harder to start the game with a Titan by getting lucky on this difficulty. I've actually wanted to do something like this for a while but I didn't want to punish players too harshly, but now that we have difficulties I felt I could afford to do this for the few of us masochists that play Hard difficulty.

Please leave any feedback or criticism here or on the KC discord, I'm open to any criticism especially regarding Easy/Normal difficulties. I listen but may be apprehensive to feedback regarding Hard difficulty.

Thank you for playing

P.S. Box maps are fully Mverse compatible

HeyHeyHey

Haven't had time to beat it yet but it is so much fun, love it!!!
