ok heres the problem a while back i bout the full version and my computer recently messed up and i had to restore it to factory settings and lost it i still have the license number and the order id i just dont know where to go to download the full version or who to rite
email support@knuclecracker.com and give them your order id and they will send you the download link. I would provide full infomation on what happend (system restore). They should have no problem sending you a download link since you still have your information.
