Advanced Custom Background Template (Version 1.1!)

Many of you may have been wondering if there is an easy way to make complex custom background arrangements. Wonder no longer! Now, I'm not talking about some randomly patterned background that is the same for the entire map, I'm talking about this kind of map!
Attached to the bottom of this post are two files, the images are the same the difference is file type. The file types are .jpg and .png, it doesn't really matter which one you use, unless your image editor only supports one, both types are supported by Creeper World.
Now, time to discuss what it can be used for. You see, each tile is the size of one square of terrain in the actual game, this allows you to create custom graphics for individual terrain cells.
Edit: Added an example of how the grid matches terrain cells.
Edit 2: I updated the grid with red lines that make it easier to use.

Well done. I think I'm going to use this as my standard start image to figure out placement.
