Tricky start but fun  ;D

Another nice looking map; but I had to delete it as unwinnable. I just had just about established a safe base when the survivor got killed.  ::) After a couple of attempts to connect to the reactors came nowhere close to success.

It isn't that hard actually, just do as you'd do it normally.

after that it's just building a blaster and a drone, and then building relays to the reactors while you keep recharging the drone to save them
