How could you *not* have an air interdictor over the Inhibitor island?

Without one you just:

build some sprayers and 1 guppy. fly full sprayers to Interdictor island, suicide. Then build a Neutralizer from the guppy, while protected by a nice puddle of AC

I just overlooked it while making this. Just call your method a 'strategy'. I am not making a copy with as only difference an air exclusion zone.
