Nebula+Starport=Trouble.You need to use your Guppy here and watch out for spores.The Elite Core is send ships to human controled systems to destroy them you got to stop him.

Easy peasy.  The spores are trivial since you can do PZ beams, your base is otherwise not under any threat and you have PZs galore.
