I am so hugely looking forward to this. I hope everything goes well with the release date but if the final polish takes a bit longer then so be it.
Much love from a long time fan of the series and I hope to buy this on day one of release.

That’s pretty great news! That means that players will find the worst bugs that hopefully can be fixed so we can play around Christmas.
Congratulations on yet another CW! (My personal favourite is CW3, then CW1 and then CW2).
My mother-in-law is a huge CW3 fan so she may still like to see this before she dies (she’s unfortunately in terminal state in the hospital, so I’ll probably just show her the Steam Autumn Festiaval Youtube video).

This will be the first time I’ve had to pay for a copy of the game since I got the first two games having helped test CW3 and PF, but that’s ok. I can part with money this time and even if I was able to be a tester during CW4 development, I wouldn’t have had time anyway.

I saw that this released today but for windows only. I read back through your last 5 or so blogs about this but I don’t see any mention of when or if there will be a mac version. Meanwhile I’m seriously considering paying for Parallels so I can play it now since I love this series and it’s evolution so much. Been playing since the flash/browser days and can’t wait to sink another hundred hours or so into this new edition. Thanks!
I wish this version supported Mac. I have all other CW versions.
CW4 using Steam/Proton works great on linux.
Only the intro/outro don’t fully work, but you can play the entire storyline.
