The most amount of Soylent squares a Tower can create is 121. Soylent fields from a single Tower will be obstructed by a sharp rise or drop in terrain elevation - more than 5 heights in either vertical direction.

Towers that are further away from the Rift Lab begin to lose efficiency at a small rate, as can be seen by darkened Soylent color. The definition of “further away” in this case is based on how far away the Tower is on the network, rather than distance on a straight line. Straightening network paths can improve energy generation.
