Triggers a User Cancel as if the user had clicked on the “Cancel” button.

Please don't use this without being extremely certain that you need it. You're able to screw around with what a user can and can't do, and how they're able to use the interface really quite effectively. It's able to break the placing and editing of units, terraforming, use of the forge, etc.

Quite fortunately, it doesn't break the “Menu” button. That would be hellish.
