Description
Sets the creeper flow rate going up and down. 1.0 is normal on digitalis. Lower means slower flow, higher means faster flow. You can't change this value for a single cell only. Combined with SetCreeperFlowRateOnDigitalisRL, a strange aligned flow pattern can be generated
Examples
