SetDepartButtonAvailable
SetDepartButtonAvailable(<-available)
Description
Sets if the depart button is available. This only applies before the depart button is made available. It will not remove the player's ability to Rift Jump if they can already though that can be done by making a new objective required (while it is incomplete of course).
