4rpl:4rpl_world_coordinates
Some 4RPL API commands use either World coordinates or Local coordinates.
World Coordinates are relative to the map origin (0,0,0) (lower left, zero height), whereas local coordinates are relative to either the root object of a composite unit, or some other form of local offset.
