===== CRPL Reference Format revision =====

It has been realized that the initial format of how commands were explained in CRPL were not easily understood. The 4RPL reference format is easier to comprehend. As a result, there is a very slow process to rewrite the CRPL reference in the same format as the 4RPL reference.
