At what density does the creeper become a darker shade?

Level 0 < 1000
Level 1 < 4000
Level 2 < 16000
Level 3 < 64000
Level 4 < 256000
Level 5 < 1024000
Level 6 < 4096000
Level 7 >= 4096000

start with 1000, then multiply with 4 every level

The last one is 'greater than or equal', not 'less than'.  In other words, any value above 4096000.
