This topic is for discussion of map: SPIFFENs Keys 2

Desc:
Make sure to stay safe during buildup .
Get ready for some moveing/replacing/rebuilding of towers ,
you might have to do so , to finnish this map .

Emitters set as : 0,2 - 1 , 1 , 6 .

When I started, Spiff's time was my goal.

Of course, as soon I finished (survived), I checked the scores and found that "snowmaker (JM)" finished it in about half the time I took.

Use patience and then be very aggressive. Even when I was flying blasters, I was building more blasters.

I can see that now. I was leaving maximum Blasters covering all the Emitters as I moved down range. As soon as I started freeing them up things got better. I got thhe Totem row column done faster than any of the others.

It's really strange. How you guys finish this map? Although I can keep safe on the left side, I can't find a way to connect the totem. ???

All of Spiff's maps require a great deal of energy.
You should fill the safe area with reactors and only build enough Blasters/Mortars to stay safe.

When you have plenty of energy, build enough of both to form a wedge and start working your way down to the totems.

I haven't played this for a while, but might try it again and post a picture.
