Font resolution issue in CW3

Short and sweet. I remember playing this game quite some time ago with no problems, but recently went to pick it back up and found that some (but not all) of the in-game fonts were unreasonably low res. Fiddling with resolution settings and re-installing the game didn't fix it, so I'm posting this here.

I attached the output log but couldn't find my game's save file. Hope you can figure a fix.

On your graphics card settings, look for a setting that has quality/performance - change it to higher quality.

I have an integrated graphics card on a laptop, didn't see any quality/performance slider in the card settings.

UPDATE. I left the game running for half an hour to go do something else, came back, killed the game, took a shower, booted it up, and things are fine now. Problem solved I guess?

Even the Intel Integrated on-chip graphics have some graphics settings.
