Test maps should not be uploaded, as they then clutter CS for everyone. This map appears merely to have been saved at an inopportune moment, possibly from the DMD. It may well have been interesting in the original form.

In general, please do not upload test maps. CS is for finished maps to entertain the community. If a map is a WIP, the forum is the best place to ask for feedback before CS upload.
