If I place a collector right next to a command center, does it get energy from the land under the command center?

Also, is there a link to a place that has this info?

Thanks in advance.

I believe it does

I don't know that it's explicitly documented anywhere.

Another dumb question.
The numbers above a spawn location.
Amount and Interval.
Is the total creeper calculation  amount / interval = creeper per second ?

Approximately. Every (interval) seconds, the creeper level under the emitter is set to (amount) - not added. So emitters produce about amt/int per second when first activating, or when being attacked, because there's plenty of space around them for that creeper spike to flow into. Emitters sitting in an ocean for a while will produce considerably less.
